CWA/PIW BARGAINING REPORT #24 - CWA and PIW met for bargaining on March 6th and March 7th, 2019. The Bargaining Committee narrowed the team to 2 committee members to meet with 2 PIW/UHS representatives. The remaining committee members continued to review requests for information. This shift in negotiations has proved to be productive. A total of 3 proposals were TA’d these past 2 sessions relating to the grievance procedure; restricted access and Distribution of literature.
CWA members overwhelmingly voted to ratify the tentative agreement covering 21,000 AT&T Mobility workers under the Orange Contract. The new contract offers more pay, more job security, and more work for CWA members. Congratulations on a hard-fought contract!
CWA/UPO BARGAINING REPORT #1: Hello Brothers and Sisters of UPO, on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, CWA and UPO met to begin the bargaining for a good contract. Bargaining will continue until we have a fair contract.

The agreement to extend the contracts between CWA and Verizon has been ratified by the combined results of the voting in the Mid-Atlantic bargaining unit. Also ratified, is the extension at Verizon Connected Solutions and the first contract at Verizon Wireless in Hazleton, PA. See the Press Release below.
