Dwight Bowman, AFGE National Vice President and a longtime member of the Metro Washington Council's Executive Board, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning. "This is a terrible loss to the entire local labor community," said Council President Jos Williams. "Dwight was a true 'brother in arms' for so many of us for so long. Our very deepest sympathies go out to Dwight's family, friends and colleagues."
