The memorial service for AFGE 14th District National Vice President Dwight Bowman (above) will be held on Saturday, February 2, at 10a at the Maple Springs Baptist Church, 4131 Belt Road, Capitol Heights, MD 20743. Flowers can be sent to the church. The family has requested that donations be made in NVP Bowman’s memory to the American Red Cross, 8550 Arlington Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22031 or the Community Services Agency of the Metropolitan Washington Council, 888 16th Street, NW, Suite 520, Washington, DC 20006.
